Pusher Machine
With Stamping Arrangement
Designed for Coke Ovens, this machine integrates a heavy-duty **Pusher Beam** with a **Roller Stamping System**. It ensures uniform coal cake density and smooth discharging operation. Powered by a 40 HP main drive, it handles the toughest industrial cycles with ease.
Integrated Stamping & Pushing Solution
The Manual Tools Company **Pusher Machine with Stamping Arrangement** is a critical asset for modern Coke Oven Batteries. It combines two essential functions: compacting loose coal into a dense "cake" using a synchronized roller system, and pushing this cake into the oven for carbonization.
The machine travels on rails along the battery length, powered by a 15 HP Long Travel motor. The massive 20-meter Pusher Beam is driven by a powerful 40 HP motor through a heavy-duty Helical Gearbox, ensuring sufficient force to eject the finished coke mass after carbonization.

3-Stage Operational Cycle
Coal Stamping
Coal fine are fed into the cove oven. The **Roller Stamping System** compacts the coal to achieve high density, essential for good coke quality.
Coke Ejection
After carbonization, the Pusher Beam rams the finished red-hot coke mass out the other side.
Coke Ovens
The primary machinery for horizontal coke ovens requiring stamping technology.
Steel Plants
Used in integrated steel plants where high-density metallurgical coke is required for blast furnaces.
Coal Carbonization
Ensures uniform carbonization by creating a consistent coal cake density throughout the batch.
Lubrication Schedule
- Roller Chains: Apply heavy chain oil daily to prevent stiff links.
- Gearbox: Check oil level weekly. Replace gear oil every 6 months.
- Rack & Pinion: Grease the main beam rack teeth weekly.
- Wheel Bearings: Grease long-travel wheel bearings monthly.
Mechanical Inspection
- Check the tension of the stamping roller chains.
- Inspect the pusher beam shoe (front tip) for heat damage/wear.
- Verify the function of limit switches (end-stops).
- Tighten motor mounting bolts due to vibration.
